How do I return an item?
Returns/Refunds/Exchanges
No refunds or exchanges are accepted for opened items. New and unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original and unused conditions. All returned items will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. All merchandise must be properly insured. Items damaged or lost when returned will not be granted refunds and cannot be exchanged. If the return is a consequence of an error by www.welljourneystore.com, we will refund the full cost of the product, including shipping costs and the restocking fee will be waived.
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unopened items in their original and unused conditions.
